Microwave Popcorn
Bag-Forming Machine
Northland Automation and Engineering designed its first microwave popcorn bag former over 15 years ago. Taking what we have learned from that machine and adapting it to customers’ needs, we have gone on to design and build a new generation of bag-forming machine has been created. The new design was developed to maintain higher efficiency, better durability, and greater speed capability, all while maintaining a very simple design.
Modular Beer Canning Machine
The latest full machine we've produced, the modular beer canning machine is a break-through technology for the small-scale craft beer production market. With a small footprint, it enables breweries to package beer under pressure in an oxygen-free environment. This allows breweries to use packaging formats like the Crowler while maintaining extremely low (some measuring <1 PPB) levels of dissolved oxygen, allowing for long, stable shelf life, something previously impossible with the Crowler format.
